1. Digital Goods Policy
DJ Bot provides digital services and premium features that are accessible immediately upon successful payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the service has been activated or the digital items have been credited to your account.
2. Refund Eligibility
We believe in fairness and will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If a persistent technical error prevents you from accessing the premium features you paid for, and our team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same premium tier multiple times for the same account or server.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe a transaction was made without your authorization (please note we may require police reports or official documentation for such claims).
3. Premium Subscriptions
For recurring subscriptions, you may cancel at any time to prevent future billing. However, we do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining period of an active billing cycle. Your premium benefits will continue until the end of the current paid period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of the purchase date. You must provide:
- Your Discord User ID
- The transaction ID or receipt from the payment processor
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund

5. Processing Time
If approved, refunds are generally processed within 5-10 business days through the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
